I was really disappointed with the rooms as they were not as expected despite booking months ago. On the bright side, the hotel's location was great, right across from the Mackinac Bridge and park. The service was nice, and the staff changed my room to the main floor when I found out there wasn't an elevator, though it took a bit of time. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited offerings that couldn't be taken out of the area. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but the location was definitely a standout feature.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is fantastic, right across from the lighthouse, bridge, and fort. The rooms were clean and had a funky odor. The staff were extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and were friendly and courteous, making our stay very pleasant. The dining experience was decent, with sausage gravy and biscuits one morning. The facilities were great, especially the view of the bridge, lake, and park. The only downside was the slightly hard-to-understand service at times.
